- 1 Pound pork sausage, cut into bits
- 8 Oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 18 Medium jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place sausage in a Magefesa frypan and cook over medium heat until completely cooked and evenly brown. Transfer sausage to a bowl lined with paper towels to drain the excess fat.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Add drained sausage and mix well, making sure the ingredients get fully incorporated. Fill each jalapeno half with 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Place stuffed halves on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
