- 2 Cups rice.
- 1/2 Lb Pork.
- 2 Garlic cloves.
- Corn flour.
- 4 Eggs.
- 1 Scallion or Chinese onion.
- 1 Red pepper.
- 1/2 Cup soy or sillau sauce
- Olive oil.
Cut pork into thin strips.
Crush garlic with salt and season pork.
Batter pork strips in the corn flour and fry in a deep enamel steel Magefesa Fryer with abundant olive oil.
In an Enamel steel Magefesa rice cooker, cook rice al dente. Let cool and set aside.
Cut onion and pepper into thin Julienne strips, sauté in the same rice frying pan with 1/8 cup of oil.
Add meat and eggs and stir fry on high heat.
Incorporate boiled rice and soy sauce. Stir fry for a few minutes and serve.
