Magefesa_Garlic Soup


  • 5 Oz One day French bread, cut into pieces.
  • 6 Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil.
  • 1 Tablespoon sweet paprika.
  • 6 Cups chicken broth.
  • Salt


Heat olive oil in a Non-stick Magefesa wok and brown garlic cloves slightly.
Add bread slices. Cook, turning frequently, to brown bread pieces equally.
Add paprika and salt while you keep stirring.
Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
Perfect to accompany steamed clams, Iberian ham or poached eggs.
