- 3 lb Whole chicken.
- 2 Cups milk.
- 2- ¾ Cup flour for frying.
- 2/ 3 lb Bread crumbs.
- 2 oz Fried corn.
- ¾ Cup sugar free corn flakes.
- 2 Tablespoons roasted sesame seeds.
- Salt and black pepper.
- 2 Eggs.
- Mild olive oil, 0.4°
Slice chicken into quarters and each quarter into four pieces.
In a Chip Chop Magefesa mincer grind corn flakes along with the fried corn to a granulated powder. Remove from mincer and mix with bread crumbs.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Soak chicken pieces in milk for half an hour in the fridge.
When time is up, drain chicken, and season with salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, pass through beaten egg and then roll in the mixture of corn flakes, fried corn, and bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in a Non-stick steel Magefesa Wok until it reaches 355°F approximately. Fried chicken pieces in the oil are well browned on all sides.
Remove from wok and set aside on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve with barbecue or ali oli sauce, and a side of French fries or salad.
