- 1 Coconut.
- 3-1/2 Cup milk.
- 1 Cup sugar.
- 1 Cinnamon stick.
Remove the coconut flesh from the shell.
Place the coconut in a Licualia Plus Magefesa blender.
Add milk, sugar and cinnamon in a Non-stick aluminum Magefesa pot. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove cinnamon and add blended coconut. Reduce heat to a minimum and let boil without stirring until the mixture thickens.
