- 8 Pork Bratwurst sausages.
- 1 Medium onion.
- 2 Ripe tomatoes.
- 10 String beans.
- ½ Small cauliflower head
- 1 Red pepper.
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Bunch of fresh basil.
- 12 Pitted black olives.
- Olive oil.
Wash vegetables thorough.
Cut onion, string beans, red bell pepper and black olives into thin julienne strips.
Grate tomatoes and mix with a little olive oil and salt.
Separate cauliflower into small bouquets.
In a mortar, mash garlic with a pinch of salt and the basil leaves until you get a smooth paste. Then add the grated tomatoes.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a Delicia Magefesa frypan. When hot enough, add onion, bell pepper, cauliflower and string beans. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Vegetables should be crispy tender.
Once vegetables are ready, add black olives and the grated tomatoes grated, garlic and basil mixture
Reduce heat to a minimum and let cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
