- 4 Large hamburger buns.
- 200 gr. Braised turkey ham.
- 200 gr. Salami.
- 200 gr. Provolone cheese (substituted by mozzarella or emmental cheese to melt).
- 4 Lettuce leaves.
- 1 Ripe tomato.
- 120 gr. Muffuletta dressing.
Cut the bread in half horizontally.
Place the salami, turkey, lettuce and sliced tomato on the base.
Then, place the cheese slices.
Place the pickled dressing for muffuletta on the top of the bread, cover it and wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap paper to that it is pretty tight.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the paper from the sandwiches and place them in a Magefesa Cheddar Plus Toasted Sandwich Maker when hot. When the red light turns off will indicate that the plates are hot.
Close it and keep about 3 or 4 minutes until cheese melts and bread is crunchy.
Serve it freshly baked with French fries or salad.
It is originally made with Italian origin bread with the same name, but if we cannot find it easily it may be substituted by a hamburger bun with a sturdy texture.
